Minimum Booking

Hair stylist Samantha Stevenson requires a minimum of 4 adult clients at a wedding (One bride and three others). A surcharge may apply if there are less in a wedding party. Please enquire as a unique tailored package can be made to suit your wedding requirements.

Trial payment is payable at the trial.

Deposit are non-refundable

Maximum Booking

There is no maximum booking, if the wedding party numbers are over 12 in a party a second stylist can be arranged via Samantha Stevenson. A second stylist that comes highly recommend and has had training by Samantha with an exceptional amount of experience, knowledge and professionalism.

TraveL

Travel in and around the UK is calculated at £60.00 per hour to cover loss of earnings whilst away from the salon traveling to and from a wedding location.

For weddings that require Samantha to leave earlier than 5:30am on the morning of the wedding due to early ceremony times or traveling a distance a fee will be added to the final bill to cover loss of earnings in the salon the evening before the wedding to ensure no bookings are made past 6pm the last thing a bride needs is a tired stylist!

Travel outside of the UK

The balance payment must be cleared before the stylist leaves the country. All booking details, travel and accommodation must be agreed by both parties before departure.

All flights, transfers and accommodation must be covered and paid for by the client.

In (2019) I was extremely lucky to work in Paris, Portugal, Ravello, Italy and New York

Cancellations

If the booking is cancelled by the client for any reason any payments already made up to that point will not be refunded.

You reserve the right to cancel your wedding day hair at any point prior to your wedding day. Please note the following charges will apply:

Your deposit is non-refundable
Cancelling 6 weeks or less before your wedding date the balance is payable in full
Cancelling your wedding booking between 20 to 6 weeks before your wedding date 50% of the final balance is payable
If your wedding date changes to a different date and Samantha Stevenson is not available on the new date, the full balance is required to be made payable if less than 6 weeks notice has been given, and 50% of the final balance if 20 to 6 weeks notice has been given.
If Samantha Stevenson is available on your new wedding date everything will be transferred across to the new date but a £50.00-£100.00* fee will occur on the loss of earnings on the wedding date that has changed, Unless Samantha is able to book in another wedding on your original date, then the £50-£100* will be deducted from your final bill.
* £50-£100 explained, A charge of £50 will be made payable to Samantha Stevenson if your original wedding booking was booked midweek (Monday-Thursday)
A charge of £100 will be made payable on a booking that was originally booked on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday.
This payment must be paid within 1 week of changing your date.
If your wedding date changes and your new wedding booking is the following year an increase in prices may be applied.
If you change the date of your booking then cancel your booking at any point before the new wedding date the full and final balance is made payable to Samantha Stevenson

If part of a wedding booking is cancelled or changed the total balance is still required to be paid in full.

For example, if the client booked the stylist to style the bride and 5 bridesmaids, then on the wedding morning only 4 bridesmaids had their hair styled the amount payable would still be the same and no refunds would be given.

In the exceptional circumstances Samantha Stevenson needs to cancel a booking, all attempts will be made to accommodate the client and assist in helping to find another stylist.

CLIENT’s responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to inform the stylist of any allergies that they, or their bridal party may have to hair products prior to the wedding day.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform the stylist of anyone in the bridal party wearing hair extensions or wishing for the stylist to apply the hair extensions, this can add an additional 30-45mins to a service and there will be a surcharge.
